In this paper, a data recorder used in flying vehicle is optimal designed. The data recorder is mainly used to measure multi-channel dynamic parameter during the cause of flight of the flying vehicle and instruction signals before the flight test; The parameter can be sampled,memorized and then coded by the data recorder. The data information can also be hold for a long time, which will be read after reclaim.In this paper, the author analyzes the design scheme of original data recorder, introduces the system constitute principle and testing function as a whole. The control logic of data recorder system is implemented by FPGA, which has improved flexibility, dependability and integrated level of the system. The Flash Memory is used as the storage medium, which not only decreases the size of the system's structure and extends data retention time but also further enhances the reliability of the system. The Flash memory has a storage capacity of 128MB and is used to record multi-channel analog signals and instruction signals in the whole flight process of the flying vehicle.There are some disadvantages in the original data recorder, such as low precision,huge volume,narrow temperature range and so on. Based on these disadvantages, the signal adjusting module and the time sequence are optimal designed in this paper.Focusing on the high-over load environment, combined with test requirements of present data recorder, in this paper the system's structure is optimized ,the height of each module is reduced, and the shock resistance of the data recorder is improved.It also illustrates some key technology in the design, including anti-aliasing filter circuit, error analysis and some measures of reducing error.The optimized data record has been completed design and production, and it is in test stage. Through the final result, it can be concluded that the system is accord to the performance of the task, achieve specified performance index.
