For a long time, domestic and foreign scholars generally believe that weight lifting and other types of anaerobic strength training project will improve the capacity of anti-G (mainly refers to the tolerance of +Gz), and extend the flight time. According to group theory of sports training, required by the sports movement into the dominant factor of capacity, weight lifting, throwing, jumping belong to the samephysical type of fast-led forces groups,most of the training is for large, medium intensity of repetitive training. If weight lifting, weightlifting category can improve the capacity of anti-G, then the speed-strength training also can enhance the capacity of anti-G. At the same time, through weight lifting, and other types of anaerobic training to improve the mechanism of +Gz analysis, we can understand that weight training for the power can be generated by carrying out anti-G straining maneuver will be the limbs, buttocks and abdominal muscles, such as synchronization, effective long - contraction, can accumulate in those parts of the blood, the heart pump blood to the head shortly before the return to the chest to squeeze the blood vessels of the Center to ensure adequate blood circulation to improve the capacity of the anti-G, then the greatest power of endurance and strength should also have the same function. This means the power system's greatest strength, rapid strength, strength endurance of each option on the pilot's ability to affect the anti-G. Based on the above considerations, this study is to explore the application of force training system to guide students to carry out anti-G flying ability, trying to test the application of research to fill this gap.In this study, we divided Number 49 the first 200 men of the Air Force University into three experimental groups and one comparetive group for the test. Compared to the study participants the three experimental groups 3 times a week anaerobic strength .The training content of each group were the greatest strength training, speed-strength endurance training and strength training, the comparetive group using traditional teaching content, not specialized strength training for 12 weeks. Through the strength of indicators, physiological indicators, +Gz tolerance level of the experimental pre-test and post-test, the experimental data obtained and the results of inter-group self-comparisons .The results show that strength, physical, +Gz tolerance level of the indicator, the experimental groups are better than the control group; of flight training for lower limbs and lumbar muscle strength training, flight training can effectively improve the ability of anti-G; in the strength training system for flight students the ability to influence the effect of anti-G followed by the rapid effect of strength, endurance strength of the largest forces.The limitations of this study is that: first, as a result of research conditions, +Gz tolerance test value is derived through the formula, can not be tested in the centrifuge; Second, after the conclusion of this study, because of conditions, unable to continue tracking and measuring, the conclusion is the basis of students in flight training by the verification stage, for which the author looks forward to expansion in the follow-up study to improve further.
