This thesis uses in the computer applied technology the low speed heavy duty machinery's online monitor and the failure diagnosis, can use computer's hardware and the software as well as the network resource, fast, facilitates sets up each kind of automated test system, using computer's formidable function, the clear signal analysis, the data processing, the memory and the graph obviously melts as well as carries on the resource sharing and the accident early warning and so on.The main thesis of the following has done a detailed study of: (1) according to the system functional requirements and objectives, a data acquisition system design of the key hardware modules, including a variety of sensor selection, the choice of a variety of hardware chip, hardware system design, etc.; (2) system software platform choice, customization and debugging, programming signal acquisition, signal analysis program design, data management procedures for the realization of the design flow chart. (3) system design and development of database modules.In this thesis, component technology, equipment, monitoring technology, database technology and network technology combined to build a good open, integrated low-speed heavy-duty machinery and equipment remote online monitoring and diagnosis system.
