With the development of the society, people's request to building's function are getting more and mor.Their requirement to the construction space is getting bigger and bigger. Steel bar coagulation the character'jing'structure is one kind of,the ribbed beam board structure. It is the ceiling system which is composed of the bidirectional board and overlapping beam. Because the heighr of the beam is small, the structure are usually applied when the beam span is big and the building and the room cover needs to have high clearance. In the construction the span of the scaffold as the supporting template is big.Moreover, when the own intensity of the upside concrete structure has not yet forms, the scaffold must undertake each kind of load of concrete structure construction at the same time.It sets a higher request regarding the design and the construction of the scaffold. In the civil engineering, the laying down moulds cost occupies nearly 1/3 the total cost. The casualty of template collapsing also occupies a very big share in the construction accident. It caused heavy losses to people'life and property.This article first proposed the importance of studying the template scaffold of the beam board. Then, has enumerated the significant scaffold and the template scaffold safety incident which occurred at home and in Xinjiang area the recent years.It has analyzed the reasons which lead to the accidents and the preventive measure .Here, template carriage's present situation and the situation on the spot at home as well as in the Xinjiang area are summarized, introducing with emphasis the experiment and the fundamental research condition of the buckles steel pipe scaffold.Then, it summarizes domestic and foreign research results of the scaffold and the template carriage, providing the mentality and the method for the following research.It aims to study the room cover supporting problem of great span the character'jing'beam which appears enthusiastically at the present stage. Semi-rigid connection simulates the main member connection characteristic of the buckles template carriage. large-scale general finite element software ANSYS is used to stressfully analyze its modeling when different erecting pole spacing and the different connection rigidity.It obtains the different distortion situation and the endogenic force changes. It analyzes the obtained results and drew some beneficial conclusions.These conclusions have certain reference value regarding the understanding of the template support's operating performance as well as the instruction of the actual project.It unifies the actual template carriage situation in the Xinjiang area. The simple template carriage is puts up using the steel pipe and buckles which are used many times in the job location.It imitates the template carriage under ceiling of the general great span the character'jing'beam .It has conducted the simple experimental study and has obtained through the experiment the template support node bending moment - corner relations curve in the general situation.
