With the development of economy, the District Cooling System as a high energy form of centralized air-condition has been applied in urban buildings of our country. Because it boasts the feature, it is necessary to do some feasibility research for different users. The thesis focus on the analysis of District Cooling System which applied in Nanjing. The key of this thesis discuss the system of the energy consumption per unit terminal refrigerating effect and the integrated energy prices.We simulate the load of air-conditioning System by computer. The energy consumption per unit terminal refrigerating effect and the integrated energy prices of home VRV system and air-cooled heat pump type water chiller + fan-coil system are identified after calculating and analyzing the two kinds of Central Air-Conditioning system frequently used in residential construction.Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the optimization to District Cooling System. Based on the characteristic of the air-conditioning load, the knowledgeof Technology Economics are used to calculate Different water-cooled units, then the optimum for rational disposition of Refrigeration unit configuration was obtained used. Build the mathematical model of optimal design of outdoor transmission and distribution pipeline network diameter and use optimization algorithm to optimize the calculation. Analysis VWV Air-conditioning system pipe network, based on determining the tube diameter.Study on optimal analysis of District Cooling System of typical high-rise residential area in Nanjing. In different radius and different hair density, the energy consumption per unit terminal refrigerating effect and the integrated energy prices of District Cooling System is calculated and analyzed.
