| Mudstone geological conditions are distributed broadly in our country. With the nature of cement, and softening and cracking characteristics of dehydration, mudstone is one soft rock category. The calculation of bearing capacity of pile foundation in mudstone geological conditions becoming an important issue in recent. But research on bearing capacity of pile in mudstone geological conditions is less. The existing regulation of the pile foundation there is no clear calculating method also. As mudstones are different in physical properties and load-bearing capacity, the test results are discrete, hard to find the statistical law. For the reason that, strengthening regional softrock-socketed pile research is particularly important.Based on static load test and the finite element method analysis, the pile bearing capacity in mudstone is discussed. In reference to the literature at home and abroad the research on the bearing capacity of pile foundation were presented and summarized. Then, analysis and evaluation about theories on calculation of pile foundation bearing capacity, the law of pile side resistance and tip resistance of piles to play are pretended. Work mechanism of rock-socketed, especially the pile-soil friction, friction rock piles, pile tip resistance are analysis in depth. The whole rock-socketed pile load-bearing characteristics are discussed. Combined with the geological conditions of the area, according to the geological survey and geotechnical parameters of the experiment, the finite element simulation is executed. Through numerical simulation analysis of the Q~S curve, and the comparison of calculation results based on two methods in regulation, argue that calculated the bearing capacity of pile based on soil conditions is reasonable. According to the trial data, this article analysis the lateral friction piles, pile tip resistance and the axial force of the law to play. And based on the measured displacement data, Q~S curve is drawn, using the slope index method to predict the bearing capacity of the pile foundation. Reference to numerical simulation and static load test, found that lateral friction force on the contribution of the pile foundation load-bearing capacity is very important. When small displacement emerged, the lateral friction force appeared. When the displacement reached 2 mm~3 mm, the lateral friction force came to stabilized status. Through the comparison of the two calculation models in regulation and predictive value, suggest that soil conditions to calculate the bearing capacity of pile foundation is more reasonable than calculate in rock-socked pile pattern.This article is just based on experimental data, executed a preliminary analysis on bearing capacity calculation of pile under the mudstone geological conditions. I hope this article's exploration in this area and practices can contribute to solve the problem of calculating the bearing capacity of pile foundation in mudstone geological conditions. |
