The original fault handling system for the regional power grid,based on the causal logic and rule-based reasoning,has been already applied in Lanzhou and Ordos,and so on. It has withstood the test of the actual fault in the grid and gained good reputation in practice.However,the system exposed the limited capacity of solving uncertainty issues and did not have the learning ability in the long-term application.Against the above background, the tiered and classification knowledge expression method of quadratic system was proposed, with a view to enhance the accuracy of analysis and reasoning efficiency.An auxiliary decision model of Bayesian network,which was based on the occurrence associated of telesignalling,was introduced in the existing decision-making model to address uncertainties emerged in the operation.Finally,taking the field data of a regional power network from 2005 to 2007 as an example,carrying out the algorithm by Visual C++ to on the base of original procedure based on the programming algorithm,through an analysis of the results,it verified the effectiveness of the support decision-making model preliminarily,and made the attempt to perfect the model of fault handling.
