Process Management And Enforcement Of The Automatic Meter Reading System

Backward mode meter reading has been a bottleneck hindering supply enterprises.In recent years,with the Inner Mongolia Electric Power Marketing information systems are maturing and becoming more stable operation,the question becomes increasingly apparent. The reason of above problem is that the marketing information system has been achieved automatically calculated data,summary,statistical functions,but the meter reading is still the traditional manual meter-reading mode,manual meter reading,and there are many drawbacks, such as poor accuracy,total table and users table can not be synchronized,data poor failure, loss of data resulting in inaccurate line,calculated results unreliable.This paper aims at this issue,by analyzing requirement of the power enterprises in business management of the electricity meter reading,Energy Meter mining applications and control system are designed. Application of the system to achieve the unity of the meter data management,improve correct rate and accuracy meter reading greatly,provide a reliable data infrastructure for Line Loss Analysis,and make managers' determine and decision-making more scientific and rational.
