Electric energy data acquisition system as an important part of the construction of smart grid, smart grid management system can provide real-time, efficient, and reliable information.2011June Shanxi provincial electric power company information acquisition system has been officially launched into use, to develop a set of corresponding power user electric energy data acquisition training system, for the power supply company of electric energy acquisition and load management to build a highly efficient, comprehensive, systematic professional training platform, meet it from theory to the the full range of professional skills, the entire process, the whole scene training requirements.Power user electric energy data acquisition training system construction in a variety of high and low voltage distribution cabinet as the carrier, through the virtual load control system loading simulation field installation and operation environment, to meet the high voltage power supply and high voltage metering user information acquisition simulation system, high voltage power supply of low voltage metering user information acquisition simulation system, public distribution transformer monitoring system simulation, simulation, centralized meter reading system terminal installation maintenance simulation system functional requirements, can access the company of Shanxi province power station system test environment, realize the acquisition and monitoring, terminal storage data as well as the power distribution cabinet two equipment instruction function.Hardware architecture by change only the user electric energy data acquisition simulation subsystem (including High voltage power supply and high voltage measurement, High voltage power supply and low voltage measurement), public distribution transformer monitoring simulation subsystem, centralized meter reading simulation subsystem and the terminal installation maintenance subsystem. The main hardware of field operation equipment (high and low voltage distribution cabinet and out of line, metering cabinet), acquisition of equipment (terminals of special transformer, and transformer metering acquisition terminal concentrator, collector, etc.), smart meters, virtual load controller, virtual load power source, each subsystem simulation controller.Electric energy data acquisition training software installed on the host computer through the RS232communication port, and the control of communications equipment, to achieve the following functions:(1) control of real-time sampling of the power distribution cabinet switch status, control virtual load controller, virtual load power source, resulting in a variety of conditions required for the voltage, current, supply incoming cabinet, counter measures, outlet cabinets and counters such as reactive power compensation equipment to use, to achieve load output control, data acquisition, power control, power control;(2) can be output in different control instructions are respectively arranged each subsystem simulation controller, hardware and software to simulate various desired abnormal condition, such as communication fault, meter reading fault, mining settlement of wrong wiring, remote control remote fault.
