| With the economic growth in recent decades, the power consumption and gird network hasalso developed rapidly, and the grid management tasks become heavier and heavier. But inZhengding the traditional manual meter reading is still applied with a huge reading team, whichexist many problems including inaccurate results, omissions and unstably measurements.Therefore, in this paper a remote meter reading system based on GPRS which applicable toZhengding is proposed for electricity on-site online testing and real-time monitoring.Firstly the domestic and foreign trends for remote meter reading research are summarized.And the system special needs of Zhengding are analyzed in both the information andmanagement scheme. Eventually the GPRS scheme is adopted for communication of remotemeter reading system, and the overall framework is designed sequentially.Then hardware and software scheme of meter reading device is given. The circuits of power,control, and communication are finalized with STM32and MC55chip. Continuously relatedsoftware and important program flowcharts of meter reading device are also designed.Finally, the functions of master station are designed and tested, the results show that theremote meter reading system based on GPRS collect electricity information accurately and meetsthe actual needs of Zhengding. |
