Partial Discharge Detection is an important means of detection insulation of high voltage electrical equipment,which has a high theoretical and practical value to improve power system reliability and economy.In order to meet the scene transformer substation distributed,intelligent PD inspect needs,the paper discusses a distributed intelligent measurement system program and the program,based on network communication technology,will be placed many sensor at the scene via the Intranet, achieving "plug and play".The paper designs an intelligent data acquisition module,which achieves PD localization signal measurement,analysis and diagnosis.The module is composed of the acquisition circuit based on DSP,memory circuit and conditioning circuit The module accomplishes intelligent functions of automatic calibration,automatic noise reduction,automatic gain adjustment,automatic acquisition and automatic communications.Intelligent acquisition module completes 30MHz,20ms high-speed data acquisition,using chip TMS320C6203B and ADS5422 of TI company.
