With the application and popularity of vibration monitoring and fault diagnosis technology,the requirement of measurement and analysis instruments for vibration is also raising.In order to enhance the current performance and function of portable vibration analyzer,by using the technique of embedded system,new handheld vibration analyzer based on the S3C2440,32-bit ARM9 CPU and the ADS1274,24-bit analog to digital converter,is presented.The LS037V7DW01,TFT-LCD touch screen with high resolution was employed.The system with keypad,SD card to expand memory was designed,and connected to PC for data transmission by USB.The hardware drivers based on Windows CE 5.0 that is an embedded operating system has been developed,the problem with interruption response speed slowly has been solved by the fast interruption technology.It is proved that the system can meet the needs of sampling and analyzing of vibration signals in field.
