Currently, flight conflict detection and resolution is an important area of research, and it's a key factor to resolve the increased dramatically flight flow in airspace. The safety and efficiency of the flight detection and solution of the flight conflict will ensure the normal operation of traffic airspace, and they will affect the effective use of airspace flows, saving flight time, saving fuel consumption.Now, there are a lot of research achievements on the flight management, but considering the particularity and security of air traffic management, we should emphasize not only the safety of flight, but also the timeliness, the flexibility and the scalability of the flight and so on. In this paper, we presents a dynamic adjustment of flight speed to resolve the potential flight airspace conflicts, in order to protect the safety, smoothness and high-speed of airspace routes. This paper addresses changing speeding of two or three aircrafts flying at the same high level of fixed routes. Its framework is based on the optimal control theory and hybrid systems. At first, the cost function used the principle of the maximum and minimum in optimal control theory is established. The cost function can be translated into numerical solution of hybrid systems, which can be expressed by a set of partial differential equations. As the state of the hybrid system can be real-time monitored by a set of dynamic equations and on the theory of the airspace state structure maneuver, the method proposed by this thesis has better flexibility and scalability to complete the state of quasi-free flight airspace conflict detecting and avoiding. In this system, at first, we recorded the locations of the aircrafts within the airspace, the distance between them and the speeds of the flights, and then we judged the distance between the route aircraft and other aircrafts; After that, vehicle coordinate systems have been set up based on the former step; Finally, the speeds of aircrafts have been regulated effectively by using a group of flight equations and optimal control theory. The program has proved to be safe and effective by the simulation experimentation. In this paper, each status of fight of the two aircrafts and three aircrafts in the same airspace layer has been discussed and validated one by one, and the results prove that this program is more flexible and effective to solute the in-flight safety problems that may occur, it also increases the controllability and flexibility of the programs of the airspace flight, which gives a new idea for the detection and solution of the flight conflicts.
