| With the rapid development of technology and domestic economy,diverse kinds of industry production demand higher power quality.Yet a growing number of the wavy high power loads made the voltage fluctuate and influenced the power quality heavily.The key index that could establish the severity of voltage fluctuation is flicker. The basic conception of voltage fluction and flicker is introduced.The important meaning of flicker parameters measurement is stated.The detection methods of voltage fluctuation and calculation methods of flicker parameters are expounded.Based on detection methods of IEC,this thesis researches the intput and output of all taches and simulates by analog method and digital method.In allusion to the shortage of IEC,a new way is put forward.Through comparison,The validity of this method is proved. Finally,the two detections methods has been implemented by LabVIEW. |
