| The electronic throttle control (ETC) has been gradually applied to a variety of intermediate and advanced cars, since it has emerged in the 20th century in the late 80's.Electronic Throttle System (ETCS) can determine the best throttle opening according to the intention of the driver driving and the vehicle driving conditions; can guarantee the vehicles with the best power and fuel economy, and be able to lay the foundation for the realization of Idle Speed Control (IDL), driver of anti-skid control (ASR) and cruise control (CCS),which enhance the safety and comfort of riding.In this paper, on the base of previous studies, it has propounded the compound control method of the electronic throttle fuzzy PID which has been based on the CAN bus, which as follows:In the first part, it has illustrated the development of automotive electronic technology and the background of electronic throttle course, has analyzed in detail the Situation of Study of domestic and foreign electronic throttle technologies and also described the problems and future trends.In the second part, it has illustrated the new electronic throttle control system of the set idle speed control, cruise control and normal working condition of the engine control ,and which has been based on the best economic engine power curve or control strategy of curve, which has been used PID control algorithm and fuzzy control algorithm and created a vehicle-based control model of the CVT in the MATLAB, and then these two algorithms been integrated, and has proposed simulation model of electronic throttle Fuzzy-PID control.In the third part, it has illustrated the hardware design of electronic throttle which has been based on CAN bus, which has used the DSP56F807 as the main control chip to design the hardware circuits of CAN interface, AD sampling circuit, and PWM output circuit etc, and has designed the CPU as PIC16F877, the node circuit of CAN-bus intelligent and sampling circuit AD.In the fourth part, it has illustrated the software design which based on the hardware design of the electronic throttle, which mainly has used the DSP and the single-chip as the C controller procedures.In the fifth part, it has been set up the simulated model of the electronic throttle system and simulate three control strategies respectively. The results of simulation illustrates that the effect of fuzzy PID control system is the best, and makes the system obtain a good dynamic performance.The study of the electronic throttle control which has based on the CAN bus has laid a foundation for the CVT, which has been used on the transmission applications, and has also provides a reference for the study of electric vehicles and even smart car. |
