Since China’s reform and opening up, economic strength has been rapid growth, people’s requirements for the building function changes with the times and changes in housing demand, from the previous single function to multifunctional housing demand model. At present, China’s construction industry more than total energy consumption accounts for about 1/3 of total social consumption, residential energy consumption accounts for the proportion gradually increased, particularly in the energy loss of residential wall structure is more serious, is not conducive to the sustainable development of economy. So, enclosure structure residential energy conservation work has become the focus of the world, one of the most important research topics are also of concern.This paper studied the evaluation of residential building envelope in hot summer and cold winter area from the point of view of macroeconomics. First analyzes the characteristics of residential energy consumption in hot summer and cold winter area, the main building envelope energy-saving technologies; and then simulated DeST residential energy consumption based on defined parameters, residential wall structure, establishes the calculation formula and residential energy consumption reasoning formula cooling load caused by the transfer of building envelope heat, chooses the index model of energy saving evaluation; finally, dynamic simulation based on specific projects as an example of the energy-saving measures and energy consumption of residential model, and then analyzes the energy saving and energy consumption, and the energy-saving evaluation method for dynamic analysis of-based on the increment of, verify the economic feasibility of building envelope of energy-saving investment. Through the research of energy saving evaluation, this paper starts from the residential energy-saving design source, according to climate conditions in hot summer and cold winter area, make full use of all means to make energy saving technology and measures in residential design organic into them, to further promote the development of energy-saving buildings in china.According to the climate conditions in hot summer and cold winter area of our country, the calculation software DeST simulation can obtain more accurate data of the project entity with the building energy consumption, has high value of practical application based on energy saving evaluation of dynamic incremental analysis method in the residential building envelope in hot summer and cold winter area evaluation.
