| Yangtze River is Inland River of the largest cargo in the world.In 2008,large-scale ports of its route fulfilled cargo-handling capacity 1.015 billion tons,freight volume breakthroughed 1.2 billion tons,which played an important role in China's national economy.To bring effectiveness into full play,impulse the rapid development of basin economic,Yangtze River Administration of Navigational Affairs and Dalian Maritime University proposed a development concept of integrated system of YRS consolidated information services.As an important component of integrated system of Yangtze River Shipping(YRS) consolidated information services,The establishment of the integrated system of port applications will greatly enhance the function of the port along the Yangtze River and play a positive role in promoting the development of YRS.The studies of this paper are related technologies and the foundation,which is digital port based on browser,of integrated application system of port.The main work of this paper includes:(1)Fulfilling the research and development work of ChangShu port three-dimensional virtual scene spatial data,such as the creation,disposal,management, visualization and analysis application etc,by utilizing IMAGIS matured 3D GIS development platform.(2)Taking Internet/Intranet as the system network flame,take the Client/Sever mode as the exchange of information way,compress vector by means of wavelet compression,compress image by adopting JPG method,and convert compressed data into the network data format,then promulgate data safely by network technologies,such as data encryption,digital signature etc,and quick display of the level of detail algorithm.(3)Combined with the build of digital port three-dimensional model and the application of network technology,the browse,the two-way inquiry of property and scene has been primarily developed by doing secondary development to port function of digital port application system in Visual C++ environment.
