| Recently,the research on energy-efficient vehicles has made a great progress.In February,2009,Chinese government announced the decision to subsidize energy-efficient and new-energy vehicles in the public transport sector in 13 cities.In the course of developing new vehicle type,to complete the power matching and establish entire vehicle control strategy, a reasonable vehicle driving cycle is needed.This paper takes the demonstration Hybrid electric bus as the research object,and launches the research of the whole process from establish to examination of the vehicle driving cycle,based on "863" project.First systematically analyzed the driving cycle,separately introduced the background, correlation concept,classified method of the driving cycle,which provided the rationale foundation for the establishment of city bus driving cycle circulation chart.After the determination of the experiment plan,GPRS wireless module sampling method was designed to obtain data,which can reflect the real travel conditions.The combination of the GPRS wireless communication with CAN-bus communication technology fulfills remote online monitor and memory of the real-time data with simplified hardware architecture. Based on the mathematical statistic principle,with the aid of the MATLAB software,unique rules of the city public transportation is analyzed,and the arithmetic to set up the driving cycle is built,what's more,the vehicle driving cycle circulation map for this transportation line is established.To check the rationality of the built driving cycle circulation map,the control strategy for the city bus is readjusted with this map as the reference.Unlike usually taking ADVISOR software to simulate for the entire vehicle,here one new modeling technology-energy macroscopic representation(EMR) is used to build the model for series hybrid electric bus.In addition,the logic threshold control method is taken as the control strategy.Finally,the oil consumption was chosen as the criterion to check the control strategy, sequentially analyze the value of the built driving cycle.The experiment to compare oil consumption of the bus with the adjusted strategy and the bus with the formal one is taken.Experiment results show that the vehicle which has changed the strategy is superior to the other one with the oil consumption.Thus it's an applied method of setting up the vehicle driving cycle circulation map. |
