Vehicle driving cycle plays an important role in vehicle performance test and optimization study.However,due to the complex urban traffic and a large number of running lines,the development of a city's vehicle driving cycle require a lot of line screening,long-term data collection and a large number of data calculation analysis.Therefore,to build a typical city vehicle driving cycle is a complicated and difficult task.In addition,the city bus has many unique characteristics,such as relatively fixed running line,high running repeatability and easily affected by the road traffic flow etc.Therefore,to develope specific line city bus driving cycle,detail urban public transport research and achieve the city bus "line a standard",has great practical significance.On the other hand,with the environmental problems and energy issues warming,the hybrid city bus has gradually become the main force in the city bus.But,first of all,by the different city roads,population,climate,layout and other factors,the same configuration of hybrid cars,traveling in different cities,its performance is also different.Therefore,the matching of the dynamic system parameters of the hybrid city bus based on the actual urban road driving cycle is already a hot issue.Lastly,in the actual road driving cycle,the hybrid vehicle energy-saving study has great practical significance.In view of the above problems and discussion,this paper carries on the following aspect question research:Firstly,we get sampling data on operating bus in Xi'an,divide the actual sampling data into microtrips,definate series of eigenvalues to describe the experimental data and the use cluster analysis to build the city of Xi'an city bus transient driving conditions(XA-TDBUS).Based on the cluster analysis,three kinds of working conditions model are proposed,and the multi-objective optimization analysis is used to develop the urban bus mode test condition(XA-MBUS)in Xi'an urban area.Error analysis is calculated to indicate the accuracy of the cycles.Secondly,based on the the driving cycles(XA-TDBUS),parameters of a hybrid electric city bus power system are matched.By analysis of the probability distributions ofpawer-rotating speed(P-n)of the engine and motor,parameters of the engine and traction motor are chosed.In addition parameters of BSG motor,power battery and transmission are calculated.Thirdly,the engine,motor,battery and equivalent fuel consumption model are described.Based on the logic gate control method,the engine,motor working condition and fuel saving effect of four different energy saving measures are calculated by Matlab programming and compared and analyzed.In the end,ADVISOR is used to build the bus model,based on the cycles to verify the vehicle power,and analysis and verification of vehicle economy.
