In view of the research on the ultrasonic testing of concrete all over the world, Summarized the influencing factors of technology ultrasonic testing on the load monitoring of pre-stressed cable have been studied by these methods: model experiments, examples of field engineering test, signal analysis technology and statistical analysis. And individually analysis for each the influencing factors, work out the amendments of the ultrasonic testing factors. The main points are briefly summarized as follows:1. Based on the analysis for the various influencing factors of the ultrasonic pulse signal of Concrete, the simulated concrete acoustic-stress the relevance main factors, the combination of a variety of 12 kinds of cross-factor condition 48 specimen under different load conditions of the ultrasonic test. All the test data using data processing technology for digital signal analysis, in order to identify the most sensitive stress Mix Concrete Materials for acoustic-stress the relevance.2. For the engineering practice application of Anchor load ultrasonic testing technology, the issue that influencing factors were unclear. In this paper from both the manufacture the curve of acoustic-stress the relevance and post-tension cable track two angles, Summarized anchor load ultrasonic testing various factors, and specific analysis of the factors that made for the effects of factors correction method.3. Used the ultrasonic testing technology on the Guang-Yu Highway 5# slope anchoring system testing. according to this paper, the stress on the voice of the most sensitive than the production of concrete with pedestal tension, with the anchor the process of cable tension test using sound bombs pedestal tension load of the anchor, and the production of sound stress curve, as well as the impact of the proposed amendment of the curve factors.4. According to this paper, post-tensioning of the cable track and monitor the impact of phase factors, to amend the value of each test sound bombs and pressure sensors to monitor the value, rendering long-term anchor load testing, and the sound of bombs in two ways to monitor the pressure sensor of the contrast curve, further to verify the anchor test load shells sound technology is feasible.
