In view of the research on the ultrasonic properties of concrete and polymer modified cement concrete all over the world, the author discussed the ultrasonic properties of polymer modified cement concrete under loading conditions by these methods: model experiments, signal analysis and statistical analysis, and got the stress-acoustic statistical correlation. And the sensitive components of the stress-acoustic statistical correlation are put forward. The sensitive components will mainly use for the ultrasonic testing technology of the pre-stressed cable. The technique of pre-stressed cable is an effective measure in landslide remediation works,which nowadays has a wide application in many fields. Along with its safety and reliability of the growing importance, the importance of testing technology of the pre-stressed cable is also highlighting.With comparasion to others, the ultrasonic testing technology of the pre-stressed cable has broad prospects for its unique advantage. The research provides experimental basis for this technology from theory to practice.The main points are briefly summarized as follows:1. To extract the sensitive components of the stress-acoustic statistical correlation in polymer modified cement concrete,297 kinds of micro-sample materials are prepared in the beginning of the experiment. Some polymer modified cement concrete with excellent performance and suspicious sensitive materials are selected to make 75 groups of specimens in accordance with the programme.2. The various factors of the ultrasonic pulsative signal in the polymer modified cement concrete are analyzed. In order to find the sensitive components of stress-acoustic statistical correlation, an ultrasonic test of 75 groups of specimens under different loading conditions, is completed.3. The Fourier transform and wavelet transform are used to deal with the ultrasonic signals. The technology can be used to analyze the correlation between the acoustics and stress, and then get the stress-acoustic statistical correlation.4. By using stress-acoustic correlation processing system the ultrasonic signals in the 75 groups of specimens are handled, to the specimens with different components, are put forward. The sensitive components of stress-acoustic statistical correlation were be found in the specimens. there is still big space to improve their velocity of The degree of sensitivity.
