| Nowadays, flexible fiber is popular in application of structure such as architecture and bridge and so on. But the mechanical of it has not well on research by examinations. Although some engineering programs are using with flexible fiber concrete, the effect is not perfect as image before, because of locking clear concept of it at present. In addition, there are kinds of fiber with different mechanical on market. Choosing the wrong one not only make a huge losing on engineering programs, but also affect security of structure. Some engineering parts are filled with flexible fiber, but the superiority appears faintness. So it is very important to research on flexible fiber tests.First,this article sum up the development of flexible fiber researching all over world and the problems existed. Secondly, introduce two strengthen theories about fiber reinforced concrete. Thirdly,choose five representational flexible fiber such as polyester fiber, polyacrylonitrile fiber, alkali-resistant glass fiber , changjian polypropylene fiber and polypropylene fiber to test their capabilities of alkali crack,compressive strength,fracture and impact by filled with concrete mortar model. Then research on different kinds of flexible fiber about plastic performance at nonage ,and the effects of alkali crack,compressive strength,fracture and impact filled with concrete mortar. Fourthly,we select the better two of them using in the beam model for static load and fatigue experimentations. By theory calculated,we compared shearing strength in deck pavement of flexible fiber reinforced concrete and popular concrete not filled with any fiber. In conclusion, we show the usability of flexible fiber in concrete pavement. |
