The Study Of Technology And Construction Quality Control About Tunnel Flame-retardant Pavement

This thesis relies on Mengxin highways,according to the characteristics of tunnel road fire safety requirement of the highway ,to make a more detailed study of asphalt mixture flame retardant construction technology and construction quality control.First of all, through the different content and types of flame retardant asphalt orthogonal test analysis, we selected the relative performance of flame retardant and the best content.On this basis, through the Marshall experimental to determine asphalt mixture flame-retardant gradation and production proportioning , study the corresponding gradation flame-retardant asphalt mixture performance and flame-retardant properties。Test results sdemostrate that the flame retardant asphalt mixture shows high temperature stability , low temperature crack resistance , water stability, such performance can meet the requirements , flame-retardant properties are relatively better, and achieve good flame-retardant effect.Secondly, the application software for BISAR structural mechanics analysis of the road tunnel, the tunnel through the analysis of the mechanical structure of the mechanical characteristics of the road. The results show that the structure of the form of road tunnels is not only played a role in load-bearing, but also played the role of reflective cracking buffer.Finally, the tunnel flame retardant asphalt mixture construction technology and construction quality control were studied.Because flame-retardant asphalt mixture is a continuous gradation of the framework embedded crowded dense structures, and adds flame retardants and anti-rutting agent,so it has high shear strength and anti-deformation capability, belongs to a mixture scope of difficulting to construct and compacte。In the study process, through many engineering practice and research, we define main problems of tunnel fire-retardant construction of asphalt mixture as flame retardant agent and anti-rutting after putting in the mixture temperature control at the time of mixing, rolling and spreading。At the same time,we should test construction quality at any time, solve problems at the same time. The construction quality test results of Mengxin highway tunnel pavement showed that the stirring of the mixture and temperature control of mixing ,rolling and spreading improve the tunnel pavement construction quality, The strict controll of paver starting location, paver and truck parking spaces and the paver hopper closed position , improve the segregation of the construction.
