Mini-UAV(Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) is a powered,unmanned aircraft which can be reused.UAV have been very widely used in both military and civilian.The main development trend of UAVs is to be the high survival rate,low cost,low-loss.System is designed to reduce maintenance requirements,as far as possible,the entire life-cycle costs is significantly lower than the manned fighter aircraft.So UAV components and therefore the fatigue life of machine needs to be redesigned and amended.In fatigue tests,uniaxial vibration test is a simple,mature technology,which is commonly used in fatigue test technology.However,single-axis shaking table can only provide a one-way incentive,but the actual local oscillator is often multi-point and multi-directional,so there is a gap between the pilot data and the real environment data. Multi-axis Multi-axis vibration test technology is the direction of current research, there have been a number of products which can be applied to actual test abroad. Multi-axis vibration test is very complex and difficult to achieve,which focus on the mechanical manufacturing and automation,such as the highest in all aspects of technology.It is made in high costs,and some technical and some key components of the external blockade,which can not be purchased separately.China is also actively developing multi-axis vibration test equipment and test products have emerged.In view of the above,the new idea of the design is to find a suitable test design between the realization of the feasibility and precision of experimental data.Both single-axis vibration test can be done,but also It can impose horizontal loads in the basis of vertical vibration to complete a certain degree of multiaxial fatigue experiments.The design of the experimental data is accurate than the single-axis test, but because of the inevitable coupling effect,it is necessary to deal with the experimental data.This experiment with the ambient temperature loads and humidity and loads,which makes a wide range of experimental referenced data.The design goals of Comprehensive performance test table for Mini-UAV is to carry out vibration testing in complex-coupled loads and under hot and humid environment.Three cases the data are obtained:(1) vertical vibration fatigue test;(2) vertical vibration,the horizontal direction within a single fatigue test;(3) vertical vibration,the horizontal biaxial fatigue test.For the realization of vibration,load, measurement and analysis,subsystems is need to be integrated by a lot of subsystems. They are the following components:(1) Fatigue loading system;(2) Water-cooled electric vibration test equipment;(3) Environmental Test Chamber;(4) Intelligent Data Acquisition and Analysis System;(5) The framework for loading.Due to the uniqueness of the design,It is necessary to design the specialized load-framework,on which the 4 horizontal actuator can be installed.It is necessary for load-framework to do the check of static,fatigue,thermodynamics to ensure its reliability in long-term process of loading test.
