This article is aimed at the engineering of short-pier shear walls structure for beam transfer layer of reinforced concrete(RC),introduces steel reinforced transfer structure, on the theory basis of stress and deformation state acted jointly between steel reinforced transfer beam structure,section steel transfer beam structure of high building and upper shear wall,compares and analyzes section stress and deformation acted jointly between steel reinforced transfer beam structure and section steel transfer beam structure of high building and upper shear wall separately by applying finite element analysis(FEA) method,adopting software ANSYS10.0 and setting-up three-dimension solid model. Comparing the numerical solution obtained by calculating of stress distribution and deflection of single span structure studied in this article with actual engineering design result,satisfactory results is achieved,which will provide necessary design basis and suggestion for joint action of section steel reinforced transfer structure and upper short-pier shear wall.The main stresses member of reinforced transfer structure is transfer girder with large stress and complex stress state and the section size of transfer layer is usually big to ensure enough intension and stiffness of transfer layer.Since the beam is strong,the formed frame by transferring beam and frame pillar may appear"strong-beam and week-column structure"if it is not well done.For non-uniform of structural stiffness,transfer way of the force will change greatly and stress concentration will be produced at stiffness mutation position and using section steel concrete member as transfer beam with section steel arranged in the section will improve the bearing capacity and stiffness of the member greatly.The joint action structure between section steel transfer beam and upper shear wall will obviously strengthen the bearing capacity of the whole structure.Thus,it can not only reduce element size effectively but also can improve the ductility and it can more effectively reduce section size of the member,lower the height of transfer layer,lighten the weight of the building,reduce the consumption of material and increase the seismic capability comparing with transfer beam of reinforced concrete.During construction, simplification of form supporting will benefit for the construction.It meet the demand of building function,thereof,it is suitable to apply widely.
