| With the requirements of living environment and water drinking have got higher and higher.Long-distance and large-diameter pipe jacking will be widely used in a city pipe project.The State Council has put forward dual-water requirements,which will speed up the applications of long-distance and large-diameter steel tube pipe jacking,so the exploration of technologies in long-distance and large-diameter steel tube pipe jacking construction has great practical significance.Based on the analysis of the current steel pipe jacking construction process,the article studied on key technologies of long-distance and large-diameter steel tube pipe jacking.The main contents are as follows:(1) In connection with interface welding of steel tube pipe jacking,using the mixed gas semi-automatic welding to research and experimental study,which increased welding speed,ensured the welding quality and reduced the environmental impact.(2) The groove of pipeline groove pipe were improved design,which improved the welding efficiency and reduced the construction cost.(3) The technology of drag reduction and lubrication are to be researched and applied under the premise of not starting the relay technology,which reduced the outer wall's frictional resistance of long-distance and large-diameter pipe jacking,and improved the jacking distance(4) The relay technology are to be researched and applied,which ensured the long-distance and large-diameter pipe jacking can continue to advance under the premise of measures related to construction are in place. (5) Integrated measurement technologies of theodolite,Levels,total station and son on are to be used,which ensured measurement accuracy of long-distance and large-diameter pipe jacking elevation axis,and its construction quality.The research results in the application of grass sand diversion project in shanghai shows that:the research results can ensure the project proceed smoothly,and promotes the rapid development of non-excavation technology and equipment,which has an important guiding role on long-distance and large-diameter pipe jacking construction. |
