The laying of underground pipes, the pipe jacking construction method is the most common form of a kind of method of underground construction. It can reduce a large amount of earthwork, demolition and save the land for construction, little interference on the surrounding environment, and do not interrupt the advantages of traffic transportation and logistics activities on the ground, in the engineering practice showed higher social and economic benefits, especially suitable for pipeline crossing buildings and roads, rail transit line, even through the channel construction. The mechanical pipe jacking construction in more and more widely used in pipeline construction practice, the main application in the urban water supply and drainage, gas, electricity, construction such as pipelines, communication cable, heat pipe. As the jacking distance constantly be refreshed, pipeline buried depth is more and more deep, combined with different complex and varied geological conditions, underground pipe jacking construction technology is urgent topic deserves attention and consideration.This article in view of the present relatively common in engineering practice and advanced pipe jacking construction technology, the construction process of complex geological conditions, long, deep, large diameter of machinery involved in pipe jacking construction control technology for more in-depth research, combining with the pipe jacking project Dongyue-road in Xi ’an, focusing on mechanical pipe jacking construction technology was optimized.
