Study On Crack Control In Mass Concrete Of High-rise Building's Foundation

With the rapid development of China's economy,the scale of project construction have also expanded rapidly,the form of engineering structures are becoming increasingly large and complex.This made cracks developed from the changing of temperature of the mass concrete becoming increasingly prominent,and it has become a universal problem.More cracks in mass concrete comes from the surface of the concrete,and when the cracks formed,the erosion things can be easily flow into the concrete structure and lead to the corrosion of the steels in reinforced concrete.The corrosion can lead to damage of the concrete surface and reducing the strength of the concrete and affecting the durability of concrete.To this end,the construction of mass concrete crack control must be considered.Based on a large number of reference,the paper summed up the mechanism of cracks in mass concrete structures and studied the laws of the destruction and deformation which under the condition of temperature changing.From two aspects of material and construction,the paper summed up the method of temperature cracks control in raft foundation made by mass concrete.1.Materials:Trough choosing proper concrete material,the hydration heat of concrete and the temperature of molding concrete can be reduced,and through which greater temperature difference between concrete block can be prevented.2.Construction:The paper gives a complete set of methods which from the mixing of concrete and transported to the pouring of concrete and vibration and maintenance to prevent cracks in concrete.Through a successful cracks controlling example of a high-rise residential which has a mass concrete raft foundation in Luoyang,the paper shows that the temperature control measures are reasonable and effective,and it provide a convenient for mass concrete works in the future and a reference basis for further research works.
