Temperature In Mass Concrete Crack Control Technology Research And Engineering Practice

Because or the economic development,the engineering construction scale in china is becoming larger and more complex,and mass concrete in industrial and civil architecture become more and more.Meanwhile,the thermal crack and its control become more common.Control of the thermal crack of mass concrete is related to the rock, structure,the building material,and even the circumstance.Because the research in this field is not deep and comprehensive,many problems in constrution practice have to be solved according to the experience excessively,and this phenomena lead to large waste,meantime,the constrution accident always happen because of the wrong control measures.Based on a large number of references,the mechanism and control methods of the thermal crack of mat foundation mass concrete are summed up from dynamics and materials science.And the methods are used in mat foundation construction of two engineering building. After the inside and outside temperatures of the mat foundation were calculated and inspected,the strict control methods were been adopted in material selection, construction method,conctrte pouring and conserving technics. Because these engineerings were successful,it proved the control measures were rational and effective.The mechanism and control methods of the thermal crack of mat foundation mass concrete and its constrution practice in this dissertation will not only provide experience to similar building ,but also be used as a reference of theory study.
