| With the continuous progress of the national economy and the improvement ofconstruction technology, concrete structure is used extensively for industrial and civilbuildings. In the process of urbanization, building structures tend to high-leveled and morecomplex, a lot of mass concrete raft emerged in engineering practice, followed by theproblem of mass concrete’s crack control.Raft as a kind of mass concrete, if measures of anti-crack are not in place during theconstruction process, it may crack. Some surface cracks may only affect the durability ofconcrete, but the worst case it may seriously affect the mechanical properties of concreteand structures of security. Therefore, to achieve the early warning of mass concrete’s crackduring construction process has become a hot and difficult spot, which requires us to bemore in-depth study in crack mechanism of mass concrete, crack’s development, evaluationand early warning system.This paper describes the background, research significance and research status at homeand abroad of raft foundation’s crack resistance during the construction period based on thestudy of large-volume concrete’s temperature stress research. The author analyzes thecomposition of concrete’s raw materials and the impact of on concrete performance. Thepaper discussed concrete temperature stress theory based on the basic principle of heatconduction theory. Summarizing the results of the existing concrete temperature stresstheory, the author suggests a concept design of massive concrete temperature stressautomatic calculation plug-in, which purpose is to achieve early warning of mass concrete’stemperature stress during the construction period, providing a theoretical basis for thereasonable control of cracking, the latter can be used to develop relevant mass concreteconstruction BIM module. At last, the paper make the anti-crack measures of mass concrete crack from raw materials, design, construction, maintenance and other aspects, and putforward the corresponding control methods according to the characteristics of mass concrete,provide theoretical guidance for the construction of mass concrete.In this paper, the finite element analysis software ANSYS is used to simulate thetemperature stress of massive concrete, which purpose is to determine the optimum soilthickness values. Got the best soil thickness for Common raft thickness, and it may guide thesimulation of the early mass concrete temperature stress. |
