The composite steel frame-reinforced concrete infill wall (SRCW for short) is a dual system resisting lateral forces, in which the steel frame bears dead loads and most overturning moment as peripheral members, and the reinforced concrete Infill wall resists the majority of lateral shear forces. This structure system is superior in the seismic property, and ever used in engineering practice in Japan at the early time and showed better, but the theoretical study of the system is delayed. In the range of the world currently, the research theory of SRCW is not mature, and there are not many engineering applications, the research of SRCW is at the starting stage in domestic, but the research space and application prospect of the system is very good.At the background of the subject of SRCW, the assumption that the infill wall of the SRCW is changed to the precast wall from the cast-in-place wall is proposed in this paper, and simulation with finite element program ANSYS is performed. And the construction and performance of the composite steel frame-precast reinforced concrete infill wall is analyzed and researched. In the subject of SRCW, many experimental study and simulations for different types of SRCW are completed. So in the paper, the existing conclusions are concluded firstly, then the assumption of connection of the infill wall and the steel frame is proposed, and it is found that the precast wall is feasible from the simulation with finite element program, and that the construction of connection is very important to the performance of the structure system. Then the design for the construction of connection is carried out, the suitable construction of connection is obtained and the constructing method is suggested after the simulations and analysis for different connection types of SPRCW are completed. Finally the analysis of bearing capacity of the model of SRCW is completed. It is found that the work division of SRCW is clear. At the design lateral load, more than 90% of the lateral shear load is supported by RC shear wall and more than 80% of the overturning moment is carried by steel frame. The paper will enrich the theory of SRCW, and provide reference for modify of related state specifications.
