| During recent years,research on structural vibration is a hot topic in the field of civil engineering.It gets more importance and all-round research.This project mainly studies the dynamic response property of structure with external dynamic load,and takes corresponding measures to avoid or decrease the damage.For the structure with structural vibration,there is no perfect theory guide on the analysis and control of structural vibration,therefore,the study in this paper is of great importance and practical value for structural vibration problem.The structure of transporting station is indispensable in production process and is quite important in industrial manufacture.Most of the structures of transporting station are frame construction,with less floors and smaller lateral stiffness.Power machines and conveyor equipments are arranged on the top of the structure,so it must be influenced by all running equipments.This paper is based on the strengthening of RZ2 transporting station structure,and tries to give the study on this problem in depth.Firstly,the paper discuss the general characteristics of the structural dynamic problem, introduced the solution way and the concept of the structural vibration characteristic,as well as the measure method of vibration in different codes.Secondly,the paper analyzes measured results,after that,material parameters and machine parameters are selected as well as the finite element model is established.And the modal analysis and the response of harmonious are carried on this model.The same analyses are carried on the strengthened structural model.Then,evaluate the effect of strengthening in accordance with the selected evaluation method.Finally,a better strengthening project is obtained through the evaluated strengthening effect.Then the paper tries to bring out the strengthening plan for this project and a general resolution method for this dynamic vibration with reference to the similar problem. |
