| Structural vibration is an important issue which affects industrial production and structural safety. Generally speaking, it can affect the regular production, or even cause structural damage. Vibration often can not be avoided, but it can be controlled within the permissible range. In this paper, Basing on the vibration problem of a frame structure, we have done a detailed analysis on the structural dynamic characteristics by the way of using both dynamic test and finite element analysis, then, we find out the reasons for the structural vibration and propose a corresponding reinforcement. Finally, we determine the final reinforcement after effect analysis by finite element method. Field test shows a good reinforcement effect. At last, we propose general steps of processing the structural vibration.This paper studies in the following aspects:(1) We do dynamic test on the structure by environmental random excitation method, in order to identify the natural frequency of the structure and the frequency band where energy concentrates. To find out the maximum vibration displacement of every floors in all direction. And we do dynamic test on other structures around, on this basis, we do a preliminary analysis on the reasons for structural vibration.(2) We establish the finite element model, and then we carry out the modal analysis and the harmonious response analysis on this model. Through this method, we find out the maximum displacement response of some frequency points and the potential resonance region. Basing on the results of field test and finite element analysis, we do a further analysis on the real reasons for-structural vibration.(3) Basing on the result of analysis, we proposed several initial reinforcement programs, and then we establish the finite element models of the reinforcement structure. After the finite element analysis of the reinforcement structure, and considering the various factors, we propose the optimal reinforcement program.(4) We do dynamic test on the reinforced structure again, by this way, we verify the effect of reinforcement program and the correctness of finite element method. After comparing the results of both tests, we give an assessment about the effect of reinforcement program. |
