Tuberail consists of pipes, linear motor, car or cars group. It has the inherent characteristics of rail transportation and external features of pipeline transportation. It is the sixth mode of transport which is different from the railways, highways, aviation, waterways and pipelines.Although the United States has built a magnetic pipe model line based on a new type of linear motor used to transporting phosphorite, it is only considered as a more complex system driven by linear motor than as a transport system in system design and equipment configuration, which lacks necessary operation control and other basal systems to be a transport system.Train Operation Control System (OCS) is the fundamental guarantee of the normal operation for the whole transport system, it completes the running control of train, security protection, automatic operation and management functions of scheduling by linking to transport system vehicles, traction, lines, switches and other devices or systems.On-board Operation Control System as the core subsystem of train OCS plays an important role in security and running control. It is the basis of train OCS completing system functions. Referenced the technology of maglev and conventional train, this thesis does the preliminary research on on-board operation control system which based on tuberail's own characteristics.Research work in this thesis is focused on the followings:Firstly, the general situation of tuberail test line project was depicted, working principle of the tuberail train operation control system was analysed, then train OCS's system function and overall structure were illuminated.Secondly, the overall structure of the on-board operation control system was designed based on needs analysis. The detailed description of communication interface based on information flow between the systems was gived.Thirdly, the overall structure of on-board operation control software was particularly designed, the application software was divided into speed curve processing module, command processing module, and communication module, and then it was analysed and realized.Finally, the debugging platform by the overall structure of OCS was built, and debugging goal and debugging tactic were made of, then the test procedures was wrote. The function of the on-board operation control system by respectively debugging on single system and joint system was tested and validated.
