The development of high-speed railway in China has been sped,laying a strong foundation for China's economic and social upgrading.The safe and reliable operation of high-speed railway is ensured by CTCS-3 train control system.The technology of Automatic Train Operation(ATO)is applied to CTCS-3 train control system,and can make the train operation strategy more reasonable.Train control teaching system is been researching by the relevant domestic railway universities.The technology of ATO urgently need to be introduced into the teaching system.Compared with the actual train control system,it is more feasible to apply ATO technology in the teaching system.Based on the analysis of the domestic and foreign research on ATO technology,ATO technology is combined with the train control system in this study.The main contents of this paper are as follows.Firstly,on the basic of "The Virtual Simulation Experimental System of High-speed Railway CTCS-3",the on-board equipment represented by On-Board Vital Computer are studied by analyzing the functional requirements of on-board equipment in CTCS and ATO.The hardware and software development of the On-Board Subsystem is completed.Secondly,China Railways High-speed CRH380A is chosen as the research object in this study.The dynamic model is studied by analyzing the performance index of the traction and braking characteristics of the train.And the model of ATO is presented.The optimization model of train operation is designed by considering the performance index of energy consumption,punctuality and passenger's comfort during train operation.By the optimization model,the advantages and disadvantages of the ATO curve are analyzed.Thirdly,according to the optimization model of train operation,Genetic Algorithm,Combination Algorithm of Genetic and Ant Colony and Elite Selection Genetic Algorithm are proposed.Their function is to optimize the ATO curve.Selecting the same parameters and the same optimization model of train operation,MATLAB is used to carry out simulation calculation and the three algorithms are verified and analyzed by MATLAB.The results show that Elite Selection Genetic Algorithm has obvious advantages in optimization results,and Genetic Algorithm and Elite Selection Genetic Algorithm are suitable for solving the ATO curve optimization problem.Finally,this paper combines the theory and practice.With the optimization results of ATO curve in the On-Board Subsystem,it would have more realistic significance value.The software and hardware of the On-Board Subsystem are tested.The results show that the On-Board Subsystem has the function of ATO.
