Research On Construction Of New Electrical Coal Logistics System

Nationwide" Electrical coal problem" became a community topic of the central leadership and the local people concerning."Electrical coal problem" also showed the shortcomings of the electrical coal logistics system in China.So it's necessary to give a in-depth research on the electrical coal logistics system.In this environment,a new type of electrical coal logistics system(the electrical coal logistics system based on logistics center) was put forward.This article gave a research on the construction of the electrical coal logistics system based on logistics center by the use of System Theory.At first,this paper introduced an overview of coal logistics in China.On this basis this paper analyzed the problem of coal logistics system in China and leaded to the new electrical coal logistics system based on logistics center.Then through the analysis of the elements,structure,function and network,this paper constructed the framework of the electrical coal logistics system.And on this basis,this paper put forward a decision-making model for electrical logistics location and determining the service relationship between the main elements.Finally,this paper put forward several suggestions in order to improve the construction of the new electrical coal logistics system.Through the research of this paper,the electrical coal logistics system based on logistics center which is suitable for the national conditions in China has been constructed.From the analysis we can see that this system can effectively ensure the electrical coal supply and make the electrical coal logistics systems achieve high-efficiency and low-cost.Popularizing and implementing this new system is of momentous current significance.So the research of this paper provides a new idea and method to resolve the problem of electrical coal problem in China.
