At moment the economics of China go down in button area with slightly rise,meanwhile Industry of German coming a little better,especially from first Quarter of 2015 car sales fall sharply in China,the auto component area is still face a difficult dip time,Group B China as a leading company with many core technologies,has business with automotive technology,industrial technology,consumer goods,energy and construction technology area,and for automotive technology area has a more than hundred years history and keep a stable and healthy growth always,group B China setup all business and developed very well,but with domestic business becoming large year by year,Within Group B China each company developed independently which may bring the resource utilization problem and various process situation in Group B China level,and meanwhile Group B has many kinds of IT system but lack function in Logistics area.Group B China area start a trail project for process improved in automotive industry area,which has six company(including ten factories),actually Group B China already implement human service center,purchasing service center,finance service center,with many service centers experience in Group B China,the research and deployment of logistics service center in Group B China has become critically,as so Group B China select automotive industry logistics as a pilot,to integrate and improve the logistics resources utilization of group and for accumulated a good experience in automotive industry area,later on to achieve fully implement in whole GroupThis article mainly studied logistics share service center implemented in large car component manufacture group based on Logistics IT.Logistics share service center as an advanced resource integration management tool,the logistics share service center can realize the high degree of unity of the process,to improve customer satisfaction,improve customer service quality and improve the overall operating efficiency of the process.Group B China area hope to set logistics center to unified scheduling and control of company logistics,and as planned by center department,each company or factory return to production or R&D properties,to effectively deal with the problem of transportation management and warehouse management area in Group B China,and sign the big contract at Group level for transportation and warehouse agreement,can solve the problem of low bargaining ability.By implementing new IT tools TMS platform,to set standard process and workflow for transportation and warehouse area,meanwhile IT provide a strong support for process integration.On the basis of logistics management actual situation and share service center and logistics information technology,to analyze Group B China automotive technology division current situation and discuss problem of logistics management,combined with theory and industry situation and cost report analysis,meanwhile,to copy Group B German and Group B China share service center project experience to finalize Group B China automotive technology logistics share service center solution and implemention,by new TMS IT system tool,to achieve integration and operation of information flow product flow and cash flow in logistics area,to improve the efficiency of logistics management in Group B.
