The vibration of seat, steering wheel and power-train etc. influence the NVH performance of vehicle directly, in the same way, the driving and riding comfort are also referring to these. The vibration of these areas can be weighted by the vibration of some key points. The simulation of vibration of vehicle key points is an effective way to obtain the vibration data of these key points.In this thesis, the knowledge of vehicle dynamics, multi-body dynamics and cybernetics etc. have been used and a full vehicle model which contains chassis, suspension system, seat, steering system, power-train etc. has been built up. And this model is built up in a multi-domain system simulation software called AMEsim. Key points'vibration data, such as the gravity center of the full vehicle, steering wheel, seat etc. can be obtained and analyzed to obtain the vibration performance. Riding performance simulation has been done by using this model, and the vibration data along X axis, Y axis and Z axis of seat have been obtained. The root mean square value of weighted acceleration has been computed by these data and the riding performance has been evaluated according to GB.
