Plate waste concrete will become mixed with recycled aggregate after been recycled, broken and screened in accordance with a certain proportion .We can use recycled aggregate in place of natural aggregate to make recycled concrete. Rational and effective use of recycled concrete can not only solve the mountains quarrying of natural ecological damage to the environment but also reducing the city covering an area of landfill waste and environmental pollution problem. In this paper, I will make the shear test through comparing two renewable ordinary concrete beams and concrete beams under cyclic loading to know recycled concrete beams cross in the step-by-step cracks, damage mechanisms and mechanical properties, and explore renewable sources of concrete beams at the role of cyclic loading under the hysteretic behavior and energy dissipation capacity. Besides, beam stiffness degradation curve and cross-beam in the relationship between energy and displacement will also research. The finite element method will be used to simulate the process of sample loading, analysis of recycled concrete shear components and ordinary components of concrete shear force mechanism, set up recycled concrete shear component calculation formula for recycled concrete of application testing and theoretical basis.
