The face of the global reduction in water resources, the scarcity of water resources situation in our country, a large number of the construction of a sewage treatment station, sewage treatment pond at a wide range of applications; sewage treatment station in the allocation pool, sewage treatment ponds, drainage wells, these are sewagetreatment station in the necessary structures, its sewage treatment plays an indispensable role. Country in building a sewage treatment station, the pool's construction costs directly linked to the sewage treatment plant operating costs, designers respond to the structural layout, material selection, component size, such as research and analysis, to be the most reasonable option. This is also the purpose of this paper.In this paper, analysis and comparison of methods to carry out anti-floating design compared to the advantages and disadvantages of various options, as well as engineering applications the most favorable option. On the pool of anti-floating design selection can not only solve practical engineering works appearing in the accident, but after the structural design of reinforced concrete pools have referential significance. Pool in the future design, to take the most favorable anti-floating design, not only from the structure to meet the requirements, as well as be able to save resources, reduce the cost pool, the most economical and rational design pool.
