Research On The Measurement And Control System Of TPS Calibration Tank

With the development of modern science and technology, aircraft are equipped with various types of jet engines, high temperature and high pressure gas flow emited by engines and air inlet great influce the aircraft components, thus affecting the aerodynamics.On abroad, the turbine powered simulator has been used to engine inlet and exhaust in the wind tunnel simulation test.In order to accurately measure the vehicle exhaust gas into the impact of power, turbine powered simulator need to be calibrate before in wind tunnel tests. Such calibration is implemented in a specific calibration tank.It is necessary to set up an advanced measurement and control system to obtain accurate test data on the calibration tests.In this paper, we on the basis of the foreign wind tunnel experiment testing system, with the current field of relatively new technology, gives the measurement and control system design programme of the calibration tank.In control mode, use a mode of distribution; hardware based on VXI bus modular structure of the instrument ., use databases and graphical programming environment to a combination for design in software.The system includes three nodes: pressure control, speed control and calibration tank control. Limited to the length of the article, this paper introduce the node of calibration tank control. Mainly discussed in system control, data acquisition, software development.We persent the specific applications with modules based on VXI bus in data collection and frequency conversion technology, give the specific hardware frame and design principle.In software development, with the combination of database technology and advanced Labview (a virtual instrumentation development platform) established the control procedures, and give the specific software flow chart.
