The Study Of The Main Test Equipment And Test Method Of GANSU Province High-voltage Test Base

The paper discussed the problem of the main test equipment of GANSU province high-voltage test base, and analyzed the selection of fouling test transformer. It expounded the usage of digital recorder on high-voltage test equipment., analyzed the interference source and put forward the restrain method. The iter also studied the method of diness and the calculation method of loop and short circuit in the dirtiness test, put forward the test method and accordingly put forward the final selective type project of fouling test transformer and booster. It solved the problem that the production corporations in china could not supply the correlative booster to satisfy requirement of the original test hail. This paper also analyzed the modification condition of the LEC 60 standard and national GB/T16927-1997 in IEC C 42. It mostly expatiated on the modification of the original standard GB3 11 .2 3-83, and based on the GBIF 16927.2 , it analyzed the standards that we must followed in establishing the High-Voltage Test Center of GANSU pronce. Moreover, it discussed the suitability of altitude correction factors and atmospheric correction factors in the national standard "insulation co-ordination for High-Voltage test techniques"published in 1997 .lt is for reference for carrying out the standard.
