With the flourishing development of vehicle industry, the quantity of the buses the city own become more increasing. The buses start from stop frequently, which make the engine burn deficiently and exhaust emission increasing. The circumstance is polluted badly. This paper design a bus saving energy system controller based on embedded real-time. When the buses apply the brake, it makes them stop or decelerate that the large kinetic energy transform to the potential energy of high-handed air. When the buses need to restart, the the potential energy is released to drive the buses. It implements the kinetic energy gathers to recycle and achieve saving energe and protecting entironment.This paper discusses the development and actuality of the bus saving energy's system. This paper introduces the conception and character of embedded real-time OS. It chooses the embedded real-time OS and analyse the core structure ofμC/OS-II.In hardware, the paper it design a controller based on the existed basic system structure. Firstly it describes the character and introduction of the hardware core AT89C52. It expound the input module, output module, data display module, communications module and so on in the exploitation board of the bus saving energy's system. And it analyse every module's circuit diagram and its chip character.In software, after it thoroughly analyse the sofeware character, file structures and exploitation methods of the embedded real-time OSμC/OS- II, it use Keil C51 integration exploitation circumstance to transplant real-time operation system to AT89C52. And it designs the sofeware structure.Finally the paper debugs the system, and analyzes briefly the factors those influence the stability of the system in the design and the measures.
