The thesis studied the investigation for the Real Time Multitask Management Software of Electro-optical System for UAVs. the software as a UAV electro-optical system important constituent, is primary used for UAV electro-optical system many task scheduling and management, receiving ground control station control instruction, on the television, thermal imaging, laser sensor control, complete the photoelectric system different work mode switch and self control, and the photoelectric system state information in real-time reporting fire control task machine system.Task management software for unmanned airborne electro-optical systems with high reliability and strong real-time requirements, analyzed the UAV electro-optical system for functional and performance requirements, so design and implement a UAV electro-optical system real-time multi-task management software based on PowerPC processors MPC8245hardware, and VxWorks embedded operating system.This article first briefly introduced the VxWorks embedded operating system and development environment Tornado, studied the multi task scheduling mechanism and the communication between tasks; secondly, according to UAV electro-optical system functional requirements, analysis the task management software requirement and partition software. function module, the software design, complete the task division, priority design, detailed design, and the functional modules of the code and software debugging. In the design process of the software used the structured design method, according to the function and the control object is divided into different packages, strengthen software package for independence, improve software modularization, portability, maintainability, testability. According to the object-oriented design concept, in this paper the software reuse technology and modular design technology were discussed, and throughout the entire design process. This UAV electro-optical systems in real time in the study of multi-task management system, complete system requirements function and capability, and in the outfield in the flight test successfully completed the task. In the practical application, for UAV electro-optical system performance gains strong support in software technology, compare with other similar software, shorten development cycle used modular design technologies in this software, reduce software development costs, has broad application in the future.
