Scroll compressor as a new type displacement compressor,possessing characteristics of high efficiencysmall bulk,light weight,low noise,simple structure and working smoothly etc,is widely used in refrigeration and air-conditioning units.Scroll Compressor thermal characteristics is the basis for its work,and impact of the structure of the important factors.In this paper,initially on the thermodynamic characteristics of the scroll compressor,and based on the first law of the thermodynamics and the law of conservation of the quality of objects, mainly on the scroll compressor compression chamber thermal state of a preliminary discussion.The establishment of a scroll compressor heat transfer model,considered the suction,compressed,leakage,exhaust,and other factors on the process of the compressor.The gas force which acts on the dynamic eddy affects the ability of the scroll compressor volumetric efficiency and mechanical efficiency,and thus this article of the dynamic properties of the scroll compressor are discussed,which have important theoretical and practical significance on parameter optimization design,and to improve the mechanical efficiency and reliability of movement.Scroll compressor profile line study is an important issue in scroll compressor study,it involves not only performance,but also significant affection on the processing costs.In this paper,profile line equation,stroke volume,length of profile line and curvature are derived in detail,which laid the foundation for correct design of scroll compressor,and the establishment of the profile lines' mathematical model.The mutual relationship was obtained through the comparison of the commonly used simple profile lines' different forms of expression.The variation characteristics of volumetric rate and the transition characteristics of profile lines were obtained through the analysis of common combination profile lines which were connected by simple profile lines.At present,most of literatures focus on theoretical analysis and calculation of dynamics and thermodynamics,this can not understand the practical flow distribution in compression chamber.In this paper,the normalκ-εturbulence model and modified wall function method with the SIMPLE algorithm are used to simulate two basic profiles' interior flow fields,then analyzed several important variables about the flow based on post-processing results,such as velocity, temperature and pressure.These provide theory reference for scroll profile study about compressor performance and practical engineering application.
