Investigation And Study On The Landscape Of 2008 Beijing Olympic Urban Open Space

2008 Beijing Olympic Games plays an ignored role on all aspects of urban construction,since Beijing's successful bid to host the Olympic Games,the entire city is in rapid development.Urban open space has a profound impact on the urban landscape and the social life style.This paper is mainly on studying on Beijing urban open space during the 2008 Olympic Games, interpreting the concept of urban open space system,the status of open space before Beijing's Olympic bid,Olympics-related urban open space planning and policy after it,building the initial network of Beijing urban open space.Focusing on the representative Beijing urban open space and investigating them,attemptting to sum up the changes of Beijing urban open space under the concepts of the Olympic Games,the suggestions to improve the open space network of Beijing and features of landscape of the games.
