Water supply network is an important component of the Water supply system. With the city's development and the improvement of living standard, the water distribution network quality of service has increasingly come under people's concern. At present, widespread network of pipes to the uneven water pressure, large pipeline leakage, burst pipes have been frequent incidents, water quality standards are not issues , and so on. Water distribution network of water pressure and water quality is an important indicator of operation, which relates to whether the normal network operation and network quality of service. This paper proposed the establishment of water pressure and water quality in order to optimize the network for the goal of optimal scheduling model and optimize the water distribution network.Water pipe network changes with time changes. Water age is measured in the water pipe network stay in the amount of time. This article research from the status quo at home and abroad, the basic concept of calculation methods, the water pipe network in the age of a detailed analysis. Through the residual chlorine, trihalomethanes, turbidity, and other major indicators of changes in water quality analysis, draw water in the pipe network in the remaining time that the water age is the major water quality indicators in the key factor. First introduced a simple genetic algorithm the basic principles and characteristics; Then for a simple genetic algorithm combined with the characteristics of this model of the actual situation on the algorithm the corresponding improvements, is given for the optimal operation of the network model of the specific measures; Finally, a detailed algorithm. Among them, and against crossover probability of the mutation rate adaptive algorithms to improve so that the algorithm is mature, convergence is not too early Convergence. Greatly enhance the stability of the algorithm and the convergence rate.Through the actual verification of the network computing model and the optimal scheduling optimization algorithm the feasibility and effectiveness. The results showed that the optimization of water pressure: pressure objective function was significantly reduced, and leakage of pipe network and pumping stations have certain tariff reduction; The results showed that the water quality of the optimization: water quality objective function of the relative decline of the water pipe network of nodes at age closer to the water.In the final movement of water on the basis of the valve-controlled pipeline network to carry out the scheduling, the network further pressure on the balance.
