The Research Of Distribution System Neutral Resistance Grounding And Development Of Grounding Resistors

With the increasing capacity of distribution network and new large-scale use of electrical equipment, a suitable neutral grounding more and more important for the safe operation of the power grid. Currently, China's distribution network mainly uses the non-grounding and by the extinguishing coil, a small number of the distribution network by the resistance grounding.Because there are some drawbacks of non-grounding and by the extinguishing coil, unable to meet the demand for the safe operation of power grids, in particular, is a new type of cable lines of urban-based distribution network, therefore neutral grounding resistance is beginning to more and more attention. However, due to resistance grounding less in China, the grounding resistor manufacturers in domestic rarely, and low level of production, High-performance grounding resistors almost all rely on imports, this has made the neutral point grounding mode of resistance has been impeded.In this paper, analyzed and compared for several methods of grounding, and put forward rationalization proposals to neutral grounding of the distribution network. For the issue of grounding resistors low levels of production technology, and reference to the relevant national standards and external grounding resistance technology, made the performance parameters of grounding resistors, and have been developed for grounding resistors.Through a series of experiments, select two of the alloy material as grounding resistor materials, and make a simulation for the temperature field distribution of grounding resistor, in the ansys simulation software. According to the experimental and simulation results, reference to the structure of foreign grounding resistors, developed a optimization program for grounding resistor, and to map out the grounding resistance design drawings.
