Large-span PK prestressed composite slab is a new composite floor structure proposed by improving the common PK prestressed composite slab. The prefabricated component of the slab is a prestressed ribbed panel and has preparative holes on its"T"shape rib. When the transverse imprestressed reinforcing steel bars through the rib's rectangle holes are collocated, a prestressed two-way composite slab is formed after the concrete cover is casted. This slab has merits of good integrity and crack resistance, high bearing capacity and low building costs, and therefore its application future is very expansive.Based on the research production of common PK prestressed composite slab, preliminary studies of large-span PK prestressed composite slab have been done in this thesis. The major researches are as follow:(1) Sectional design and static test of prefabricated components and composite elements;(2) Nonlinear finite element analysis of tested components and integral slab;(3) Elastic analysis based on orthotropy slab theory of this composite slab and suggestion for elastic design method of it.(4) Ultimate bearing capacity analysis of this composite slab based on the plastic hinge line theory.Through the static test and finite element analysis of the prefabricated components and composite elements, the bearing capacity, rigidity, integrity, and crack resistance of the prefabricated components and composite elements have been studied in this thesis, and this thesis also proved that the prefabricated components have relatively high bearing capacity and rigidity which will suffice the requirements of practical application well.Through the finite element analysis and studies based on elastic and plastic theoryies of the integral composite slab, this thesis confirmed that the large-span PK prestressed composite slab not only has relatively high bearing capacity and rigidity but also has little difference between the flexural rigidity of prestressed and non-prestressed direction at elastic stage, and the two-way forced characteristics of this slab is the same as the ordinary cast-in-situ reinforced concrete two-way slab, and can be analysed by the same theory.
