Compared with the cast-in-place structure, the concrete composite structure has theadvantages of saving template, less workload, faster in construction etc; Compared withthe prefabricated structure, it has the advantages of better integrity and good seismicperformance. Using composite structure in the concrete structure can create significanteconomic, social and environmental benefits, it widely used and develops quickly at homeand abroad, but currently it has defects and shortcomings which is that the precast areheavier, the composite surface are often flat and without considering the two-way force.Base on engineering practice this paper researches and analysis the mechanical propertiesof two-way composite slab with invertible T-shaped prestressed concrete precast slab, andsummarizes and analyzes its economic benefits, environmental benefits and constructionmethod for engineering application.This paper first introduces the advantages and disadvantages of two-way compositeslab with invertible T-shaped prestressed concrete precast slab, the development andresearch status at home and abroad, analyzes its ultimate bearing capacity, bendingstiffness and Shear strength of the composite surface. Analyzed the elastic designingmethod of the Two-Way Composite slab, and proved the rationality of the elasticdesigning method through specific examples. Secondly, Analyzed the designing oftwo-way composite slab with invertible T-shaped prestressed concrete precast slab, andproposed the proper size between2.7m~6.6m Component, also the number of rationalreinforcement..Through creating three models by using ANSYS, which are the ordinary integralcasting slab, prefabricated thickness of30mm and45mm composite slabs, analyzed theimpact of thickness changed on the overall composite plate and the reasonable area of thethickness of the composite slab in the same loads, boundary conditions, componentstrength and reinforced configuration.Through creating three models by using ANSYS, which are4.0m×4.0m,6.0m×6.0m,9.0m×9.0m composite slabs, analyzed the change on the ability to resistdeformation under the overall size of the transform in the same loads, boundary conditions,component strength and reinforced configuration, and further analyzed reasonable size used in the composite structural floor.Through creating two models by using ANSYS, which are eight ribs and four rib inthe overall size of4.0m×4.0m, analyzed the impact on the overall performance in the thesame loads, boundary conditions, component strength and reinforced configuration, andanalyzed the reasonable number of ribs from the perspective of economic, construction.Finally, based on the engineering practice, the environmental benefits of two-waycomposite slab with invertible T-shaped prestressed concrete precast slab have beenanalyzed, and its construction method has been summarized for promoting its application.
